Welcome to our new Santa Claus range. Santa is joining our Nutcrackers and Friends series. Our Nutcracker range is the King, Queen, Prince and Princess.
Like the Nutcracker, Santa Claus is made from 9 and 3mm zero emission MDF. Our stand-alone Santa comes in three sizes: 170cm tall x 98cm wide, 135cm tall x 70cm wide and 90cm tall x 60cm wide. Our 170cm tall Santa is the most popular, but because of its weight, which is close to 26kg and shipping being very expensive, it is mainly sorted by those who can pick it up.
MDF is an interior product that must be protected from wet conditions. Being out of the elements is acceptable on a veranda undercover. If Santa is outside, it would be wise to seal him before painting.
Giant Santa’s main body is assembled using four sections of 9mm MDF bolted to a back panel using 50 x 25mm bolts and tee nuts, assuring it is rigid and secure.
Santa comes to you unassembled or painted. As we laser cut the body parts, we etch lines across the body parts, assuring you know where the 3mm body parts go. After Christmas, we have etched the body parts where to glue or not glue for dismantling.
We give you a parts-exploded view sheet of where all the parts go and some pictures of how it is done, making it easy to fit.
Your Santa is held together with a 9mm MDF plate and is fixed together using tee nuts and screws. We will have fitted the tee nuts.
