Delivery & Shipping
Our delivery times are as follows:
For items held in stock, we have two days before shipping, not including the day of order or weekends.
The customer will be notified if we are out of stock of a particular item and asked if they wish to wait for the stock to arrive if the item is sent later, or if the order is cancelled.
There is a fourteen-day wait for any item that is cut out, including construction kits and laser-cut items.
Shipping Charge:
The shipping charge is a flat rate of $12.50 for all minor to medium items. It will be sent by either Australia Post or courier. The delivery charge for heavy items will be based on size, weight and location (postcode)
