Delivery & Shipping
Our delivery times are as follows:
For items held in stock, we have 2 days before shipping, excluding holidays or weekends.
The customer will be notified if we are out of stock of a particular item and asked whether they wish to wait for the item to arrive and be sent later, or if the order is cancelled.
Any item cut out, including construction kits and laser-cut items, has a 14-day turnaround. Quicker if we possibly can. Instead of just hoping we can do it quicker, you are more than welcome to send us an email and discuss quicker delivery
Flat Rate Shipping Charge:
Our shipping charge is $14.00 for any item. All items are sent by either Australia Post or courier.
